智通财经APP获悉，有媒体援引知情人士透露的消息报道，Bukom 炼油厂综合体的新运营方 Aster Chemicals and Energy 计划竞购美国油气巨头埃克森美孚(XOM.US)在新加坡的58个完整加油站构成的庞大加油网络，该加油站资产整体估值约10亿美元。
据媒体报道，此次零售加油网点出售已进入正式的竞标阶段，约定5月提交具有约束力的报价。报道称，一些私募股权公司和资产管理机构亦表现出竞购兴趣，但尚不清楚哪些金融机构将参与竞标。
该交易将标志着埃克森美孚退出新加坡零售端燃油市场;新加坡政府正推动通过电动汽车蓝图来减排陆路运输碳排放。2023年，埃克森美孚已以 6.03 亿美元出售其在泰国市场的加油站业务。
Aster Chemicals 是总部位于印尼的Chandra Group与大宗商品贸易商嘉能可(Glencore)的合资企业，近期收购了欧洲能源巨头壳牌(SHEL.US)在新加坡的炼油及石化资产，但该消收购交易不包含加油站。
