摩根大通本周在全球银行及市场业务(Global Banking & Markets，简称GBM)中晋升了118位董事总经理(Managing Director)，这是其在高管层(C-suite)以外的最高职位。这个数字略高于去年晋升为董事总经理的116人。据一位知情人士透露，银行从周一(4月21日)开始在内部宣布这次全公司范围的晋升。这是摩根大通每年四月都会举行的投资银行行业惯例的一部分。今年新晋董事总经理中，86人来自银行业务、32人来自市场部门。
