智通财经APP讯，赣锋锂业(01772)发布公告，该公司与杭州市拱墅区人民政府(以下简称“拱墅区政府”)、杭州市能源集团有限公司(以下简称“杭州能源”)分别签署《框架合作协议》《战略合作协议》，三方发挥各自优势，实现资源互补，全面开展产业培育和长效发展合作，建立共赢的长期战略合作发展关系。约定公司拟在杭州拱墅区投资建设高比能固态电池研发及产业化基地，围绕交通领域电动化、新能源产业拓展、能源供应链拓宽、动力电池综合循环利用等领域开展合作。
公告称，本次合作协议的签署，旨在三方充分利用地域优势、产业优势、空间优势，发挥各方在新能源领域的技术、人才、管理优势，搭建全方位、多层次、共赢的长期战略合作机制。各方紧紧围绕交通领域电动化、新能源产业拓展、能源供应链拓宽、动力电池综合循环利用等领域，构建绿色能源体系。有利于完善公司产业链布局，提高公司核心竞争力和盈利能力，符合公司上下游一体化的发展战略。本协议的签署预计对公司当期财务状况和经营成果不构成重大影响。
