智通财经APP讯，碧桂园(02007)发布公告，于2025年4月25日，卖方一广州信德箭成科技投资合伙企业(有限合伙)及卖方二佛山市南海区睿正股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(同为公司的间接非全资有限合伙企业)、买方一青岛海金星宇投资发展合伙企业(有限合伙)及蓝箭航天(作为目标公司)订立股份转让协议一。据此，卖方同意以每股股价人民币48.74元向买方一出售、而买方一同意向卖方购买彼等持有的蓝箭航天合计1579.81万股股份(相当于蓝箭航天约6.527%股份)，总代价为人民币7.7亿元。
此前，于2025年4月7日，卖方一(作为卖方)已分别与买方二、买方三、买方四(甲)、买方四(乙)、买方五、买方六及买方七(各自作为相关现有股份转让协议项下的买方)及蓝箭航天(作为目标公司)订立相关现有股份转让协议。据此，卖方一同意以相同的每股股价人民币48.74元向现有买方出售、而现有买方同意向卖方一购买彼持有的蓝箭航天合计1097.78万股股份(相当于蓝箭航天约4.536%股份)，总代价为人民币5.35亿元。
公告称，集团正积极化解阶段性流动压力。由于集团仅于蓝箭航天持有少数权益，公司认为订立该等股份转让协议及变现蓝箭航天股权价值将对公司有利。公司拟将所得款项用作集团的一般营运资金，目前打算主要用于保交楼等项目建设开支。
