中国电信北京公司携手产学研多方 推动构建人工智能生态体系
人民财讯4月28日电，4月28日，在第八届数字中国建设峰会期间，中国电信北京公司（下称“北京电信”）携手产学研多方力量，以系列合作推动人工智能生态体系构建。据悉，北京电信与北京邮电大学共建的“行业数据智能标注联合实验室”正式揭牌，该实验室将聚焦高质量数据集建设，攻克多模态数据标注关键技术，为AI大模型训练提供“数据粮仓”。针对大模型数据集海量、多源、多模态且具高准确性、一致性和时效性要求的特点，联合实验室将构建从采集、存储到加工的全流程治理环节，形成专属工具集与行业标准，并将推动人形机器人、具身智能等领域的数据标注标准化，助力行业数据标准建设。同期，北京电信携手中电信AI公司揭牌成立“行业应用智能创新研发实验室”，聚焦人工智能技术攻关与成果转化，拓展行业应用新空间，该实验室将实施“产品落地—队伍建设—研发体系”三位一体战略，加速技术向产业端纵深落地。此外，中国信通院与北京电信签署合作协议，双方将在推动智能化技术服务体系建设、标准研制等领域深度协同，构建完善的技术服务与生态体系，加速技术创新成果转化。
