上证报中国证券网讯（记者徐蔚）4月27日，上证报记者获悉，申万宏源证券研究所副总经理王胜将升任申万宏源证券研究所总经理。此前，总经理一职由申万宏源证券执委会成员、研究所董事长周海晨兼任。

本次职务变动前，王胜任申万宏源证券研究所党委委员、副总经理以及首席策略分析师。作为一名土生土长的申万研究人，王胜在研究所历经了从应届毕业生、优秀分析师到研究所总经理的磨炼和转变。他14次荣获《新财富》最佳分析师，包含建筑、策略等多领域，是业内极少数同时获得行业和总量最佳的分析师。

本次内部提拔“精兵强将”，是申万宏源研究所结合市场环境和业务需求而做出的选择，此次提任将进一步充实申万宏源研究所领导力量，也将持续加强申万宏源研究所研究战略布局，推动服务国家战略提质增效，全面赋能研究所“投资研究+产业研究+政策研究”三位一体的研究体系。
