智通财经APP获悉，融创中国(01918)早盘一度涨近10%，午后转跌逾6%。截至发稿，跌4.82%，报1.58港元，成交额20.27亿港元。
消息面上，香港法院即将于4月28日召开清盘聆讯，融创正积极寻求支持其债务置换计划。本月中旬有媒体报道称，公司抛出境外债务重组的最终方案，拟将大约95.5亿美元的境外债务全部转为公司股票，进而实现境外债务“清零”。
而融创中国近日发布公告，针对总规模约95.5亿美元的境外债务重组，已取得重大进展，持有债务本金约13亿美元的初始同意债权人已签订重组支持协议，持有债务本金超10亿美元的债权人正在进行签署程序，支持债权人合计持有债务本金占现有债务本金总额约26%。融创正向其他债务持有人寻求更广泛的支持。
