1432 ET - Network carriers say their customers will bear the brunt of the Trump administration's tariffs. Executives from AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon say during respective earnings calls this week that they plan to pass added costs from tariffs onto consumers with higher phone prices. "Taking on something big on the tariff front is just not something our business model is interested in trying to do or able to try to do," T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert says. He says higher prices will likely slow upgrade rates. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
