消息面上，康基医疗发布公告，于2025年4月21日，集团旗下联营公司杭州唯精医疗机器人有限公司(唯精医疗)，其自主研发的四臂腔镜手术机器人(四臂手术机器人)获得国家药品监督管理局的注册批准。批准的临床应用范围包括泌尿外科、妇科及普通外科的腔镜手术。
唯精医疗的四臂手术机器人通过沉浸式三维全高清显示方案，为外科医生提供立体视野，有助于组织精细辨识。该产品搭载的高灵活度机械臂支援精准定位操作，配合自主研发的关键算法，不仅实现主从操作即时映射，并能有效滤除生理震颤干扰。该技术提升了手术安全性，在降低外科医生操作疲劳度的同时，进一步优化手术效率。
集团通过投资唯精医疗，建立腔镜手术机器人平台。截止本公告日期，集团直接持有唯精医疗约41.99%的股权并在合并财务报表按集团持股比例确认其业绩。集团计划利用其丰富的销售及经销资源，以及在中国制造、临床试验及监管事务方面的经验和能力，支持唯精医疗的手术机器人开发及商业化。
