智通财经APP讯，富智康集团(02038)发布公告，于2025年4月25日，深圳富泰宏精密工业有限公司(深圳富泰宏)与 Execustar International Limited(Execustar)签订一份股权转让协议。据此，深圳富泰宏同意收购，及 Execustar 同意出售富智康精密电子(廊坊)有限公司 62.15% 的股权，代价总额为人民币21.91亿元。
股权转让完成后，廊坊将成为深圳富泰宏的直接全资附属公司，而深圳富泰宏和廊坊均将继续为公司的间接全资附属公司，以及 Execustar 将继续为公司的直接全资附属公司。
公告称，股权转让可以提高公司对附属公司的决策效率，此举与公司的发展战略是一致的。公司预期股权转让不会对集团的财务状况及业务营运造成任何重大不利影响。因此，董事会认为股权转让符合公司及股东的整体利益。
