智通财经APP获悉，卓越教育集团(03978)涨超4%，高见5.27港元再创新高。截至发稿，涨3.98%，报5.23港元，成交额496.55万港元。
消息面上，卓越教育集团2024年实现收入11.02亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长125.2%；净利润1.92亿元，同比增长114%；经调整净利润1.93亿元，同比增长116.1%。收入增长主要原因在于2024年集团业务素质化转型取得卓越成效，素质类产品深受家长及学生的认可，招生人次、辅导课时较去年同期有较大幅度的增长。
国海证券指出，公司为华南地区K12教育龙头，成功转型素质教育，在深耕广州市场的同时大力拓展深圳和佛山市场，大湾区教育需求提升、合规机构竞争力提高的背景下，预计公司未来在广东地区市场份额将持续提升。第一上海表示，公司双减后积极促进业务合规转型，逐步重回正常经营发展轨道，广州业务持续稳健发展，深圳及佛山仍有较大的发展空间。
