智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(03759)发布公告，胡柏风已自愿辞任公司非执行董事及董事会战略委员会委员。胡柏风辞任后，彼自愿同意继续履行非执行董事及战略委员会委员的职责，直至公司股东于即将举行的公司2024年股东周年大会上选举产生新非执行董事为止。
2025年4月25日，董事会审议通过了关于提名万璇为第三届董事会非执行董事候选人的议案。委任万璇为非执行董事须待股东于2024年股东周年大会上选举通过后，方可作实。待于2024年股东周年大会上委任获作实后，万璇亦将担任战略委员会委员。
