【环球网科技综合报道】近日，特斯拉在奥斯汀秘密测试自动驾驶软件的消息引发广泛关注。据外媒4月27日报道，约300名测试司机正驾驶着搭载特斯拉自动驾驶软件原型的车辆，参与名为“Project Rodeo”的测试计划。

外媒指出，这场代号“Project Rodeo”的行动已秘密进行数月，这些特斯拉测试员驾驶搭载最新FSD系统的原型车，在奥斯汀街头累积“关键里程”，为马斯克口中的“交通革命”做最后冲刺。

与此同时，特斯拉还与当地急救人员合作开展培训，并组建远程操作团队。公司目标明确，计划在6月1日前推出服务，初期将有10至20辆自动驾驶Model Y投入运营。

然而，这一雄心勃勃的计划也面临挑战。员工对截止日期和积累关键里程的难度表示担忧，因为这些测试在复杂驾驶情况下进行，对评估自动驾驶系统处理极端情况的能力至关重要。此外，一项民调也显示，仅23%的美国人愿意乘坐无安全员的Robotaxi，而特斯拉车主中这一比例达41%。

尽管如此，特斯拉仍积极与当地应急服务部门合作，并已开始向员工演示机器人出租车应用程序。（旺旺）
