智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)发布公告，内容有关(其中包括)曾宏先生、汪钦琳女士及陈凤翔先生获委任为该行第七届董事会的独立非执行董事。 于2025年4月25日，该行接获《重庆金融监管局关于曾宏、汪钦琳、陈凤翔重庆银行独立董事任职资格的批复》(渝金管复[2025]46号)，国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局核准了新任命董事担任该行独立非执行董事的任职资格。新任命董事担任该行独立非执行董事的任期自该等批复日期(即2025年4月25日)起，至该行第七届董事会届满之日止。
因独立非执行董事刘星先生、王荣先生、冯敦孝先生的董事任期已届满，于国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局核准新任命董事的任职资格后，刘先生、王先生、冯先生将不再履行彼等作为董事的职务。自2025年4月25日起，因新任命董事担任该行独立非执行董事的任职已生效，刘先生、王先生、冯先生不再担任该行独立非执行董事。
