喜马拉雅回应“卖身”腾讯音乐：尚不知晓
红星资本局4月25日消息，近日，有消息传出，喜马拉雅将被腾讯音乐集团（以下简称“腾讯音乐”）收购。
喜马拉雅是国内音频行业的头部企业，目前正在冲击港股IPO（首次公开募股），近年来市场多次传出其被腾讯方面收购的消息。
最新报道称，腾讯音乐已与喜马拉雅就收购进行了磋商，但其潜在估值已大打折扣，并称喜马拉雅过去三年员工人数从2021年末的4342人到2024年末已减至约1500人。
4月24日，腾讯音乐方面向记者表示，类似的消息早先就有传播。4月25日中午，喜马拉雅方面回应记者称，尚不知晓“出售”一事，截至2025年4月24日，喜马拉雅钉钉办公系统可查询的在职人员数量超2300人。
