智通财经APP讯，归创通桥-B(02190)公布，董事会决定继续进行H股购回计划，并鉴于公司 H股价格持续上涨，议决将购回H股的最高金额调整至不超过6.5亿港元。
董事会进一步宣布，于公司于2024年6月6日举行的2023年股东周年大会上批准的购回授权届满后，待于公司应届2024年股东周年大会上批准新购回授权，公司决定根据新购回授权继续不时于公开市场购回H股。该购回须待取得中华人民共和国有关监管机构就股份购回的外汇汇款批准后方可落实。
公司认为，于现况下进行股份购回可展示公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心，且最终会为公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。董事会认为，公司现有财务资源足以支持股份购回同时维持稳健的财务状况。
