根据《中华人民共和国公司法》《郑州煤矿机械集团股份有限公司章程》等规定，刘强先生的辞职将会导致公司监事会成员数量低于法定最低人数。鉴于公司拟取消监事会，在公司取消监事会生效或者公司职工代表大会选举产生新任职工代表监事前，刘强先生将继续履行监事会主席及职工代表监事职责。
