美团回应脑瘫女骑手文景差评多：所有差评单免责

事件持续发酵后，美团平台于近日通过官方渠道作出回应。针对文景的特殊情况，美团已为其开通残障关怀功能，系统将自动对其所有差评订单进行免责处理。为改善其工作条件，平台特别购置一辆全新电动车供其使用，并针对其10岁在老家就读小学的孩子设立专项助学金，承诺承担从当前至大学毕业的全部学费。
美团相关负责人透露，平台目前共有9564名残障骑手在岗服务。为提升该群体工作体验，美团已在全国范围内推行电子沟通卡，其中针对占比超八成的听障骑手，特别开发了听障专属标识、语音转文字、专属取货通知等定制化功能。这些举措既保障了残障骑手的工作权益，也优化了特殊场景下的服务流程。
文景的故事折射出科技平台对特殊群体的关怀温度。从个性化服务功能到教育帮扶措施，美团此次回应不仅展现企业社会责任担当，更为残障人士就业提供了更具包容性的解决方案。
