4月25日，由中国移动研究院、中移湾区（广东）创新研究院举办的算力碳效标准及“双碳”可信数据空间粤港澳湾区合作研讨会在广州举办。中金公司、中国质量认证中心、广州碳排放权交易中心、中国电子云等机构代表参会，共商数据要素与绿色金融融合路径，助力大湾区打造“双碳”战略标杆。
针对传统数据中心能效管理短板，中国移动创新提出“算力碳效（CEOC）可信评价”标准，通过量化算力产出与碳排放关系，实现数据中心综合效益科学评估。
会上，中国移动研究院董宁代表参编单位向与会单位介绍了标准发布进展。下一步中国移动将计划联合更多央企和产业龙头共同推动该标准升级为国家及国际标准，同时将其应用拓展至碳市场交易、绿色金融等更多领域应用。
会议启动筹建央企“双碳”可信数据空间联盟。中国移动联合中国中检、中金公司、中国电子、广州碳排放权交易中心等机构，打通碳数据采集、核算、交易全链条，构建跨行业碳数据流通基础设施，为碳资产证券化、绿色信贷提供支撑。
中国移动研究院安全所所长、中移湾区（广东）创新研究院院长何申表示，未来将依托湾区政策与产业链优势，探索开展“数据中心算力碳效评价+绿色金融”创新业务，为绿色低碳先进企业提供更加便捷优惠的碳市场金融服务。（青文）
