智通财经APP讯，郑煤机(00564)公布，根据公司对煤机板块的长远规划，公司全资子公司郑煤机智鼎液压有限公司(以下简称“智鼎液压”)未来将作为公司煤机业务的运营主体。为满足未来煤机业务的经营发展需要，公司拟对智鼎液压增资 19.50 亿元，增资完成后，其注册资本由 0.50 亿元增加至 20 亿元。
基于公司战略发展需要，公司拟以智鼎液压为主体，对煤机业务实施重组，智鼎液压未来将更名并作为煤机业务运营主体，开展生产经营等活动。本次增资有助于提升智鼎液压的核心竞争力，为其后续生产经营及业务发展提供良好的基础，符合公司整体战略规划。
