【灰度敦促美SEC批准以太坊ETF质押，称已错失6100万美元收益】金色财经报道，据Bitcoin.com报道，资产管理公司灰度于4月21日与SEC加密工作组会面，申请允许其以太坊ETF（ETHE及ETH）进行质押操作。该公司表示，由于监管限制，其管理的81亿美元资产自产品推出至2025年2月已错失约6100万美元潜在收益。Grayscale提出三方面论据：1）欧洲和加拿大同类产品已成功实施质押；2）质押可增强以太坊网络安全；3）已制定包括“流动性储备”在内的风控方案。Coinbase Custody将提供技术支持以规避罚没风险。当前美国现货以太坊ETP因禁止质押，无法完全体现底层资产价值。灰度呼吁SEC参照传统金融产品更新监管规则。
