消息面上，国药控股发布截至2025年3月31日止3个月季度财务资料，营业总收入1416.62亿元，同比减少3.81%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润14.57亿元，同比增长2.59%。中信建投证券此前指出，展望25年，公司药品分销业务或将维持稳健增长，器械分销业务有望环比向好，零售板块商誉减值影响减弱，叠加公司持续推进降本增效、体系优化，看好公司长期业绩潜力稳步释放。
