智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)发布公告，根据公司法相关规定及上级主管部门的相关要求，结合公司实际情况，公司将不再设置监事会，监事会的职权将由审计委员会行使。监事会取消后同时废止监事会议事规则。
因公司将不再设置监事会，于2025年4月27日，公司监事及监事会主席王姝已向监事会提出辞呈，辞去监事及监事会主席职务;监事姚建华及邵伟已向监事会提出辞呈，辞去监事职务。王姝、姚建华及邵伟的辞任以取消监事会及建议修订的议案通过股东审议并生效为生效条件。
