新浪科技讯 4月25日上午消息，新浪科技获悉，饿了幺正式推出AI“小饿”，蓝骑士们有了自己的智能AI助手。

　　据悉，这是国内首个基于大模型技术打造的骑手端智能体，旨在通过自然语言处理（NLP）、多模态交互及实时数据分析能力，为骑手打造专属智能伙伴，全面覆盖骑手的配送场景，提升骑手的效率和体验。

　　目前，AI“小饿”已在无锡、沈阳、佛山、苏州等城市上线，在这些城市，使用蜂鸟众包APP的蓝骑士已可使用。

　　原本需要自己操作手机界面，有了AI助手，通过“小饿小饿”唤醒后，骑手“接取送达”都可以通过语音确认来完成。

　　面向饿了么蓝骑士，“小饿”具有三大核心能力，一是语音交互与智能响应，支持语音唤醒，可直接完成接单、确认到店、查询活动等操作，减少手动点击步骤，提升操作效率；二是多维度主动服务，通过实时分析骑手位置、订单状态及环境数据，主动推送权益提醒（如福利领取）、天气预警、路线封路提示等，降低配送风险；三是个性化智能分析，基于骑手历史数据与周边订单热力图，提供“哪里订单多”“当前收入预估”等智能分析，帮助骑手优化接单策略。（罗宁）
