Odaily星球日报讯 以太坊研究员 Dankrad Feist 在周日发布的以太坊改进提案（EIP-9698）中，提出逐步将以太坊的 Gas 限额提升百倍。根据该提案，以太坊客户端将按照指数增长计划投票决定提升 Gas 限额。提案引入了“确定性 Gas 限额增长计划”，每两年（164,250 个区块周期）提升十倍，计划从 2025 年 6 月开始执行。如果该提案按 Feist 的建议实施，未来四年内 Gas 限额将提升 100 倍，从目前的 3600 万提升至 36 亿，使以太坊主网络的性能大幅提升。Feist 承认存在潜在的挑战，例如对优化程度较低的节点的压力以及增加的块传播时间，但他认为逐步增加将使节点运营商和开发人员有时间进行适应和优化。以太坊生态开发者 Fabrice Cheng 表示，这一改变理论上将使以太坊的交易处理速度提升至每秒 2000 笔。（The Block）
