智通财经APP讯，EDA集团控股(02505)发布公告，于2025年4月25日(美国时间)，公司的全资子公司EDA International, Inc.(作为租户)就位于美国伊利诺斯州罗密欧维尔的该物业租赁事宜与业主SOUTHCREEK INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS, LLC订立租赁协议。
该物业位于179 Southcreek Parkway, Romeoville, Illinois, the U.S. 约14.56万平方英尺的空间。
董事会认为，订立租赁协议为集团扩展其全球物流网络及足迹的契机，符合其成为全球领先的人工智能物流技术服务集团的整体战略发展方向。租赁协议项下的该物业将用作公司于美国的自营仓库。
