据《观点网》报道，杭州今日(28日)举行本月最后一场土地拍卖。此次拍卖共出让六幅地块皮，分布于拱墅区运河新城，西湖区双浦单元，萧山区世纪城、市北单元，余杭区西站新城和钱塘开发区，总出让面积507亩，总建筑面积57.3万方，总起价102.8亿元人民币(下同)。
其中，萧山区世纪城核心单元地皮经过168轮竞价后，最终由保利发展(600048.SH) 旗下浙江保利城市发展，以总价45.37亿元竞得，楼面价每平方米51,611元，较出让起价28.57亿元溢价率58.8%，并打破之前地皮奥印鸣翠府每平方米48,185元的最高楼面价记录。
该地皮为住宅用地并设配套公建，出让土地面积33,810平方米，出让建筑面积87,906平方米。(ta/w)(A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
