中国建筑国际绩后涨超8% 股价创逾一个月新高
中国建筑国际(3311.HK)午后进一步上扬，一度涨8.61%至11.6港元，股价创3月25日以来逾一个月新高，市值超610亿港元。
中国建筑国际近日公布第一季度未经审核财务资料，期内集团营业额及应占合营企业营业额分别约228.87亿元(人民币，下同)和9.95亿元，同比升3.6%及79.1%；经营溢利及应占合营企业盈利39.63亿元，同比升10.8%。季内，集团累计新签合约额约为505.1亿元。于3月31日，未完合约额约为3756.5亿元。机构研报方面，花旗、瑞银均给予中国建筑国际“买入”评级，目标价分别为14.5港元、13.5港元。标普全球评级则表示，中国建筑国际集团将通过业务转型及更严格的项目筛选来提振公司利润和现金流，这将有助于公司的杠杆率在未来1-2年内下降。
