智通财经APP获悉，据市场消息，现任上海申银万国证券研究所有限公司副所长、首席策略分析师的王胜，将升任申万宏源研究所所长。公开数据显示，王胜已14次荣获《新财富》最佳分析师，包含建筑、策略等多领域，是业内极少数同时获得行业和总量最佳的分析师。
履历显示，王胜于2009年加入申万宏源研究。在本次职务变动前，王胜任申万宏源研究所党委委员、副总经理、首席策略分析师;申万宏源证券董事总经理、博士后工作站站长、申万宏源资管董事。根据公开资料，王胜拥有同济大学技术经济及管理博士学位，具备4年的建筑行业背景以及15年的策略研究经验。
此次王胜获提拔任命前，申万宏源研究所所长一职由申万宏源证券执行委员会委员、研究所董事长周海晨兼任。去年9月，申万宏源证券召开干部任职宣布会，在申万宏源研究所工作长达23年的所长郑治国不再担任申万宏源研究所党委书记、董事长，转任申万宏源承销保荐公司党委书记、董事长；申万宏源证券执行委员会委员周海晨兼任申万宏源研究所党委书记、董事长。
