智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体走低，截至发稿，金辉控股(09993)跌7.22%，报2.7港元；绿城中国(03900)跌5.02%，报9.84港元；富力地产(02777)跌4.63%，报1.03港元；融信中国(03301)跌4.4%，报0.239港元。
消息面上，4月25日，中共中央政治局召开会议，分析研究当前经济形势和经济工作。国信证券指出，4月中央政治局会议地产相关表述虽有更新，但政策发力方向整体延续此前基调，一方面城中村改造拉动购房需求，另一方面高品质住宅改善新房供给。我们预期，为实现持续巩固房地产市场稳定态势的目标，后续地产政策出台的节奏和力度值得期待，地产股仍然具备博弈机会。
东方证券指出，去年9月底以来一系列相关政策释放提振市场信心，24Q4以及25Q1新房销售量降幅明显收窄，部分高能级城市价格出现企稳迹象，二手房持续以价换量趋势。在小阳春结束以及Q2出口波动的情况下，Q2房地产市场下行压力较大。我们预计Q2地产政策倾向于托底而非强刺激，可能出现一线城市进一步松绑、优化收储商品房、城中村改造配套政策等，起到稳定市场预期的作用。
