消息面上，首程控股发布公告，于2025年4月23日，公司的间接全资附属公司首景投资(作为有限合伙人)与中国人寿、财信人寿(作为有限合伙人)和创弛企业管理(作为特殊有限合伙人)，及公司的间接全资附属公司北京朗佳与国寿置业作为普通合伙人(同时担任执行事务合伙人(北京朗佳与国寿置业统称“执行事务合伙人”，各自为“执行事务合伙人”))签订了合伙协议，以成立合伙企业。国寿资本自合伙企业成立之日起担任管理人。
公告称，公司与中国人寿联合发起设立本合伙企业，将重点投资于基础设施公募REITs首次发行和扩募发行的份额，在REITs发展的关键节点上积极布局；同时，本合伙企业亦将通过非公开交易方式适度配置公募REITs市场的流通份额，通过灵活的资产配置，提升合伙企业的整体收益水准和流动性。本合伙企业通过投资公募REITs市场公开发行的优质项目，一方面，为中国REITs市场引入长期资本，注入流动性；另一方面，可连结全国范围内基础设施行业的优秀企业，为公司引入基础设施投融资领域的战略合作方。
