新浪科技讯 4月27日上午消息，比亚迪法务部近日发文称，近期，我们关注到网络用户“葡萄碎碎冰”在社交平台上散布与比亚迪相关的谣言，比亚迪报警后，公安机关迅速展开调查并抓获实际造谣人，该造谣者已被公安机关行政拘留。

　　据悉，该网友此前曾在社交媒体上发帖称，邻居家的比亚迪海鸥充电产生爆炸，把自家房子烧了，导致无家可归。
