智通财经APP获悉，4月25日，归创通桥（02190）发布公告，公司拟实施上市后首次现金分红，同时继续推进H股回购计划，并将回购股份的最高金额提升至港币6.5亿元。
根据公告，归创通桥拟派发2024年末期股息每股人民币0.1元（含税）。按照公告日当天汇率换算，相当于每股港币0.108元（含税）。公司预计派发现金红利总额为人民币3247万元（含税），股利支付率为32.4%。同时，公司将持续推进H股回购计划，回购股份的总金额不超过港币6.5亿元。上述事项将提交至2024年股东周年大会获批准后实施。
归创通桥表示，自2021年以来，公司不时于公开市场回购股份，旨在持续提升市场信心及加大投资者价值回报。此次实施现金分红及加大回购股份力度，展示了公司对自身业务发展前景的信心，相信将更好地为股东创造价值。
2024年，归创通桥实现营业收入7.8亿元，同比增长48.3%；净利润突破1亿元，首度实现全年盈利。归创通桥表示，受益于营收持续增长带来的规模效应，公司已迈入规模化盈利的新阶段。未来，公司将继续坚持“为生命 恒创新”的理念，专注医疗科技创新、守护高质量生命，推动公司长期稳健发展。
