红星资本局4月27日消息，据京东黑板报今日消息，京东未来三个月计划招聘10万名全职骑手，在基本的出勤量前提下，全职骑手入职前3个月，京东提供至少5000元的保底工资，还会由公司帮缴纳平均2000元左右的五险一金。

　　不断加码骑手待遇背后，红星资本局注意到，京东外卖单季度骑手招聘计划人数翻倍。

　　4月21日，京东曾宣布“加大全职骑手招聘力度，未来三个月将招聘名额由五万名提高到十万名”。这距离京东4月15日宣布“因秒送业务发展迅速，本季度京东将再招收不低于5万名全职外卖员”，只过去了6天。
