4月28日金融一线消息，重庆银行今日披露关于股东权益变动事项的进展公告。公告指出，为增强国有企业服务与保障国家战略能力，提质提速水务水利和环境基础设施建设，重庆水务环境控股集团有限公司拟通过国有股权无偿划转方式合计取得重庆市水利投资（集团）有限公司（以下简称“水投集团”）100%的股权，从而间接取得重庆银行8.50%的股份。上述划转事项完成后，水投集团将成为该行第一大股东重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司（以下简称“渝富资本”）的一致行动人。

　　重庆银行表示，近日该行收到渝富资本控股股东重庆渝富控股集团有限公司通知，上述无偿划转事项的工商变更登记手续已办理完成。
