* 香港交易所0388.HK周五盘中涨1.5%至343港元。
* 港交所此前宣布，向置地公司购买中环交易广第一座最高的九层办公楼等楼面作为集团总部，投资总额为63亿港元。
* 高盛称，该交易将以外部投资组合变现资金应付，意味着港交所的投资收益将会减少并带来新的折旧开支，但可节省租金费用，估计对税前利润的净负面影响可能约为3亿港元，占2026-27年度平均税前利润约2%。
高盛认为，此交易将有助于强化港交所作为香港金融市场基础设施重要组成部分和连接东西方的重要交易所的品牌地位。同时，清算外部投资组合有助于降低投资收益的波动性。
* 汇丰指出，这项交易对费用的影响微乎其微，但对净投资收益有负面影响，因此认为这对港交所的每股盈利和每股股息前景构成温和的负面影响。
