智通财经APP讯，锅圈(02517)发布公告，本公司已于近期收到中国证监会就本公司实施H股全流通所发出的日期为2025年4月25日的备案通知书(备案通知书)。根据备案通知书，本公司已完成向中国证监会就本公司股东锅圈实业(上海)有限公司(锅圈实业)及上海不约而同创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(不约而同)持有的本公司 9.38亿股境内未上市股份转为9.38亿股H股的备案。其中，锅圈实业持股数量为8.81亿股，不约而同持股数量为5652.74万股。备案通知书将自 2025年4月25日起12个月内有效。本公司将就该等H股向联交所申请于联交所主板上市及买卖(转换及上市)。
本公司亦收到锅圈实业出具的承诺函(承诺函)。根据承诺函，基于对本公司长期价值及长期发展前景富有坚定信心，锅圈实业自愿承诺，自本次全流通完成之日起的6个月内，其将不会以任何方式出售通过此次全流通转换的本公司H股股份。
截至本公告日期，转换及上市的实施计划详情尚未落实。
