智通财经APP获悉，中国建筑国际(03311)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.93%，报11.1港元，成交额3678.47万港元。
消息面上，中国建筑国际公布，今年首季未经审核经营溢利及应占合营企业盈利合共约39.63亿元人民币，同比增长10.84%；期内，集团营业额为228.87亿元，同比升3.62%；应占合营企业营业额为9.95亿元，同比升79.08%。期内，集团累计新签合约额约505.1亿元。
里昂此前表示，中国建筑国际2024年财报未达预期。瑞银则表示，中国建筑国际管理层提供25年利润增长达双位数的指引，又指今年经营现金流仍保持正面，并继续扩张。该行将公司今明两年盈利预测均下调9%，以反映去年盈利表现，但相信公司增长势头仍维持不变。
