第一财经记者获悉，蚂蚁集团于近期召开股东大会，审议通过了利润分配议案。根据方案，蚂蚁集团将向全体股东分红，持有股权激励工具的员工也将享有分红对应的经济利益。蚂蚁集团从2022年开始持续分红。蚂蚁集团表示，这次分红，源于过去一年的经营成果。如创新业务加速增长，人工智能投入大幅增加，蚂蚁国际、蚂蚁数科和OceanBase独立运营，蚂蚁集团也收获了更多科技与全球化红利。（第一财经记者 陈杨园）
