粤港湾控股(01396.HK) 公布，其直接全资附属公司一准，与买方Perfect Current Investment Limited订立有关出售事项的股份转让协议。根据股份转让协议，一准有条件同意以代价5,000万港元，出售Faith Channel Limited全部股权及其持有的附属公司股权。集团预计将产生出售附属公司收益约120万元人民币。
事项完成后，集团将不再持有Faith Channel Limited任何股权，其将不再是集团附属公司，且财务业绩将不再并入集团的综合财务报表。
