智通财经APP获悉，据媒体援引知情人士消息报道，埃隆·马斯克旗下xAI Holdings正在与投资者谈判，为这家新合并的公司筹集约200亿美元的资金。一名知情人士称，这笔交易对该公司的估值将超过1200亿美元。知情人士补充称，筹资总额尚未确定，条款也可能改变。
3月28日，马斯克在社交媒体平台X发文称，xAI以全股票交易的方式收购X。据悉，这笔交易对xAI的估值为800亿美元，对X的估值为330亿美元(不包括债务)。据知情人士透露，合并后的实体——xAI Holdings的价值将超过1000亿美元(不包括债务)。
