SK Telecom (SKM) said Monday it detected a cyberattack on April 18 and has taken steps to prevent damage to customers.
The company said on X that it would "take 100% responsibility if damage occurs" and has begun offering free SIM card replacements to customers.
SK Telecom shares were down over 6% in recent premarket activity Monday.
