小牛电动车推出2G网络车型升级4G方案，指导价149元起
IT之家 4 月 26 日消息，上月有不少消费者在网络上发文，称自己的小牛电动车由于 2G 网络退网，无法在退网区域使用智能服务，甚至出现无法正常开关车辆的情况，随后江苏常州市场监管部门约谈了小牛，小牛也承诺整改。
目前，小牛已推出了相应 2G 网络电动车车机升级 4G 网络计划，其中 2G 天眼车型升级指导价为 149 元（原价 296 元），赠送 1 年 VIP 服务时间；而 2G 中控车型升级指导价为 299 元（原价 599 元），同样赠送 1 年 VIP 服务时间。不过官方表示，2018 年之前的早期老中控无法升级 4G。
具体升级操作方面，用户需要通过小牛电动 App 活动页下单购买相应 4G 设备，收货后自行安装或前往授权售后门店免费安装（可以通过 App 查询线下门店），安装完成后，用户需要返回活动页激活设备，之后即可获得 1 年 VIP 服务时长。
