据报道，英国两位最富有的房地产投资者——伊恩·利文斯通（Ian Livingstone）和理查德·利文斯通（Richard Livingstone）兄弟，以及高盛集团副董事长、伦敦顶级银行家理查德·格诺德（Richard Gnodde）已决定迁离英国。这波撤离潮发生在英国政府对超级富豪实施系列加税措施之后。

　　利文斯通兄弟选择移居摩纳哥，该国以零所得税政策闻名。格诺德则计划迁往意大利米兰。

　　据报道，其他一些富豪也已经离开英国前往地中海地区，以逃避英国的税收。化工巨头英力士（Ineos）创始人吉姆·拉特克利夫（Jim Ratcliffe）2018年已迁居摩纳哥。埃及富豪纳塞夫·萨维里斯（Nassef Sawiris）和比利时富豪弗雷德里克·德梅维乌斯（Frederic de Mevius）等非英籍超级富豪也在缩减与英国的联系。

　　英国首相斯塔默领导的工党政府在本月初实施了一系列税收改革。据报道，这些改革涵盖了从对私募股权投资的征税、遗产税，到取消对在英国无住所人士的税收优惠，再到对资本利得的征税等多个方面。
