智通财经APP讯，金山云(03896)发布公告，按美国存托股发售价(每股美国存托股代表15股作为相关股份的普通股)发售合共1730万股固定美国存托股(相当于总面值为25.95万美元的2.595亿股相关股份)的交割，及按发售股份价格发售总面值为1.8万美元的1800万股发售股份的交割，分别于2025年4月17日及2025年4月25日(香港时间)作实。
诚如该等公告所披露，本公司亦授予承销商30日期权，以每股固定美国存托股 11.27美元购买最多277.5万股就发售可予发行的增发美国存托股(代表总面值为 4.16万美元的4162.5万股相关股份)。于2025年4月25日(香港时间)，承销商已悉数行使购股权，可按美国存托股发售价购买277.5万股增发美国存托股。悉数行使购股权的交割预期将于2025年4月28日(香港时间)进行。
