消息面上，据证券时报消息报道，4月24日，中国生物制药联合开发的差异化PD-1单抗安尼可(派安普利单抗注射液)已获美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准上市，用于治疗复发或转移性鼻咽癌(NPC)的一线治疗和用于以铂类为基础的化疗治疗失败的转移性鼻咽癌的两项适应症。
据悉，这是中国生物制药首个在美国获批上市的创新药产品。目前，包括用于晚期鼻咽癌一线和后线治疗的两项适应症在内，派安普利单抗已在中国市场获批4个适应症，其他两个为联合化疗一线治疗局部晚期或转移鳞状非小细胞肺癌，以及至少经过二线系统化疗复发或难治性经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤。
本次两项适应症在美国同时获批，主要基于AK105-304研究和AK105-202两项关键注册研究。其中，AK105-304研究是一项纳入了全球不同种族鼻咽癌患者的随机、双盲、国际多中心Ⅲ期注册性临床试验。研究结果显示，派安普利单抗联合化疗在复发或转移性NPC患者的一线治疗中展现出具有统计学意义和临床意义的显著无疾病进展生存获益，且具有优异的安全性。AK105-304研究数据将在2025年美国癌症协会年会(AACR)上以口头报告(Oral)的形式发布。
