智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股(09636)午后涨超8%，截至发稿，涨2.6%，报35.5港元，成交额1.42亿港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股此前宣布，拟以约1.088亿港元收购Yintech Financial全部股权，并以1,816万港元购买其核心信息系统。Yintech Financial 通过其子公司方德证券、方德资本从事美港股金融业务，近年来经营稳健。东吴证券指出，此次收购将是九方智投“出海”第一步。
方正证券则指出，近年来高净值客户对跨境资产配置需求持续攀升，九方智投作为我国第一大证券投资咨询服务提供商，目前聚焦A股投资者投顾服务；而 Yintech Financial依托其多元化业务布局、丰富的产品组合，积累了丰富美港股业务资源和经验，本次牌照整合帮助公司实现跨境金融服务布局，加强在港股、美股等核心市场覆盖能力。
