* 周大福周四公布，截至3月31日止三个月（第四财季）零售值同比下降11.6%，其中中国内地同比降10.4%，港澳及其他市场同比减少20.7%。
第四财季中国内地同店销售同比降13.2%，港澳及其他地区减22.5%。
该公司财报称，于第四季度，宏观经济外部因素及黄金价格高企持续影响消费意欲。然而，季内公司产品优化措施取得积极成效，带动定价产品展现强劲的增长势头及需求，加上开展有效的农历新年营销活动，中国内地的同店销售跌幅有所收窄。季内，内地直营店及加盟店的同店销售分别同比下降13.2%及8.7%。
* 投行富瑞称，尽管门店关闭数量超预期，周大福第四财季零售值和同店销售趋势符合管理层官方指引，而毛利率（GPM）/营业利润率（OPM）因金价上涨及定价产品销售占比提升而优于指引。富瑞据此调整预测，目标价上调至10.4港元，维持“买入”评级（完）
