智通财经APP获悉，环球新材国际(06616)盘中急升逾20%，截至发稿，涨5.23%，报3.82港元，成交额4667.73万港元。
星光证券发布研报称，环球新材国际是研发、生产、销售珠光材料及合成云母等关键基础性材料的国家级高新技术企业，公司拥有两千余种珠光材料产品，销售网络覆盖全球上百个国家和地区，已在国内乃至全球市场享有较高知名度。2023年以来，公司相继完成对韩国CQV的并购整合、并且与德国默克达成对其表面解决方案业务的收购，通过跨国并购，环球新材国际正加速打开国际市场，成为一家新材料跨国企业。
国证国际此前指出，环球新材国际于24年7月与默克集团签订收购协议，以6.65亿欧元的代价收购默克旗下的全球表现解决方案业务。该行认为，这部分业务将有效补充公司在海外市场的销售网络，与CQV形成互补，进一步夯实公司在珠光颜料行业的竞争优势。
