百得利控股(06909.HK) 公布，全资附属北京百得利于昨日(24日)与北京晨德宝订立资产转让协议，以代价斥逾1,800.38万元人民币，收购位于北京市朝阳区东苇路金港汽车公园C区1001号的晨德宝4S经销店的机器及设备、办公设备、租赁土地上的自建建筑、翻新及改造工程。
另外，北京百得利于同日与业主北京燕宝签订租赁协议，租用位于北京经济技术开发区宏达北路26号的燕宝4S经销店，为期十年。该店建筑面积为6,313平方米，占地面积为12,255平方米，2025年5月10日至2030年5月9日期间年租640万元人民币，而2030年5月10至2035年5月9日期间的年租为400万元人民币。
集团表示，目前正在就于北京经营晨德宝4S经销店及燕宝4S经销店，向宝马品牌汽车制造商申请授权。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
